We (both General Partners of the fund) have been successfully investing in cryptocurrency assets and crypto strategies for years and we’ve had so many friends and family members ask for advice or want to invest alongside us. Because the strategies we’re using have a large learning curve and require a tremendous amount of diligence, research, time investment, etc., we found many of our wealthy friends wanting to just invest with us instead of trying to figure everything out on their own. So we decided to build a fund where any accredited investor can invest alongside us in these novel strategies that generate significant returns.
As of now, our entire portfolio is invested in liquid assets. We require an initial lockup period of 1 year and 1 day which allows us to reduce short term capital gains, increase stability and performance, and ensure that we have enough runway to maximize our clients’ investments.
Along with returns and performance, there is nothing more important to us than security. With that, we have hired the top crypto custodian in the world – Copper.co. Funds are transferred from our bank (Signature) to Copper’s vault and from there allocated across our various portfolio strategies. Copper has a triple key-shard “walled garden” security system that is the equivalent of NSA-level security. Even if something were to happen to the General Partners running the fund, your money would be safe and you would be able to access it through the Copper platform.
Our Fund Administrator is NAV, the largest and most experienced crypto fund administrator in the world. NAV is connected to our Copper platform, to our bank account at Signature, and to our various portfolio investments and they track movement and valuations daily. They can also “strike the NAV” (which is where they calculate the ‘net asset value’ of the fund) weekly, so our share price is always up to date and accurate. NAV provides all standard financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.) and we work with our CPAs to make sure we are tax-compliant and following all current rules and regulations.

We are using cutting edge technology, highly advanced trading strategies, and software that takes a tremendous amount of time and effort to master.
